Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at mjselexts@gmail.com. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out before initiating the process.

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item once approved and placing a new order separately for faster processing.

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Returned items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
